- 500 points = 2.5 BD
- During the Promotion period, the earning points will be half.

Terms & Conditions
- Goods Replacement and Returns Policy applies according to the provisions of the consumer protection act of Kingdom of Bahrain
- Loyalty points cannot be used towards the purchase of any type of Gift Card/Free Purchase Coupons.
- Loyalty Users cannot add money to their user account; it is a promotional loyalty program and it’s not a debit or credit card.
- Ansar Smile reserves the right to immediately suspend and/or close any member's account, for any reason as
follows,
- If we reasonably believe that these terms and conditions have been breached.
- If there is any theft from or misconduct.
- If the member supplies false or misleading information.
- Member can close his/her account at any time by notifying us.
- An account is closed by us or the member, the right to redeem points from that account is lost.
- All purchases made in full or part via loyalty points cannot be refunded. These items can only be exchanged for items of an equal amount. There can be no refund of points and or money on a transaction involving Loyalty Cards.
- Account information will only be available in the Loyalty User's online account. We will correct an account if it is shown incorrect, then the decision is final.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
- The Users are responsible for the security of their accounts. If a user thinks that an unauthorized person has become aware of any security code, password, or account number, they should contact us immediately; or mail on ansargallery@ag-bh.com
- Ansar Smile is not responsible for any unauthorized use of points.
- Ansar Smile reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions after informing the Smile members of the amendment not later than 30days.
- Registration and use of Ansar Smile application, which is, approved by the customer on all terms and conditions of using Ansar Smile application under the applicable law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- A minimum of 500 points required for the points redemption and every multiplication of 500 points shall be redeemed.
- Points will be expired after 1 year from the date of purchase made on. Ansar Loyalty accounts points will be null if it’s not used within 1 year.
- Personal data supplied by the cardholder will be held and processed in A& H itself. This information is not used by any other parties.
- If your card is lost or stolen, please contact 17140000 immediately. For issuing new cards nominal charges will be levied. You may cancel the card at any time with a request with card details.
- "BHD equivalent to Loyalty Points shall be adjusted/reduced from the Total Value of Purchase Price {Net Value plus VAT (If any)}."
